Pre-authorized Payment Plan

The amount due on your Aquatera Utility Bill will be withdrawn from your bank account on the "Current Charge Due Date".  You are welcome to apply for this service at any time.  Contact Aquatera's Customer Service Representative at 780.538.0340 for more information.

Online Payment Portal and Account Access

Aquatera's My Account will allow you to access your utility bill electronically and pay through one of the following option:

  • Visa or Mastercard Credit Card
  • Visa or Mastercard Debit Card

Your Financial Institution

You can pay your Aquatera Utility Bill at most financial institutions in Canada (over the counter/thru banking machine).

You can pay your utility bill through your financial institutions telephone/internet banking services.  If using telephone/internet banking services, we usually receive payments withing 48 hours.

Payments made directly at a bank are not received automatically by Aquatera.  This process can take up to ten days for Aquatera to receive payment.  If payment is made on or close to the due date of the billing, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives.

 

Pay by Mail

To ensure that your payment is processed correctly please include the remittance stub when mailing your payment.  If your account is in arrears and you are mailing your payment, please phone us at 780.538.0340 to avoid collection notices being mailed to your address. 

 

Pay at Customer Billing (11101 - 104 Avenue)

You can make a payment on your account at Aquatera's Customer Service Department.  Hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
