Aquatera's permanent e-waste depot is located at the Eco Centre.
Aquatera works in partnership with Alberta CARE (Alberta Coordinated Action for Recycling Enterprises), ARMA (Alberta Recycling Management Authority) and GEEP (Global Electric Electronic Processing.

Why should you recycle E-waste?
Electronics contain many different materials. Some are toxic and could be hazardous.

An average desktop computer or 27" television contains approximately 2.0 kilograms (4.4 lbs.) of lead.
The e-waste depot is free of charge to all residents of Alberta*.
