Our Services

Aquatera owns and operates a wastewater treatment and transmission system, sewer collection mains and structures and sewer services in the City of Grande Prairie, Hamlet of Clairmont, and Town of Sexsmith.

Septic Dump Service

Our septic receiving station (located at the wastewater treatment facility) allows vacuum trucks from customers to off load their septic sewer loads  24/7.

The sewer collected by these trucking companies comes from various customers, acreage owners, oilfield etc.

All carriers must ensure the material that they are off loading at this station, meets the requirements of Bylaw C1139.

Sump Dump Service

Our sump material receiving area, allows vacuum truck customers to off load sand, gravel and mud. The sump material is collected from car washes and shops with sumps.

The sump material receiving area is fenced, so customers must have a PIN number to access the area.

We use an honour system to track the amount of sump dumped – recorded through a manifest by truck drivers - which includes the cubic meters off loaded and where the load originated from.

All carriers must ensure the material that they are off loading at this site, meets the requirements of Bylaw C1139.

Collection System

We collect wastewater through pipes and septic dump service, which is then sent to one of our treatment locations.
