Aquatera Customer Service Survey - Win your Water!

GRANDE PRAIRIE – A new campaign aimed at getting more feedback from customers will see that one lucky respondent gets their Aquatera bill paid each month in 2017.
Aquatera’s “Win your Water” campaign will be launched on February 1, with the first winner announced in March.
All current customers have to do to be eligible to win is:
- be an active Aquatera customer
- fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey
- submit your survey by the end of each month
The short five-question survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and will help provide Aquatera with a trend of information to make changes or improvements to services, insight into strategic direction, and measures on new programs.
Currently, Aquatera gathers customer feedback once a year with a satisfaction survey.
“We’re looking at changing the process to provide a better sample throughout the year, rather than just at one given time,” says Chelsea Lewis, Communications Manager.
“We understand that each of our customers has their own unique needs,” Lewis adds. “This survey will provide us with information to gauge resident’s desire for improvement. What we hear back each month will help determine and trends or seasonal concerns throughout the year that we can take action on.”
The monthly questionnaire will be conducted using Survey Monkey. It will be available on Aquatera’s website, linked on social media sites and available for walk-in customers at Aquatera’s head office.
