Aquatera owns and operates utilities for rural and urban municipalities of all sizes.  In return, investor municipalities have input into our business planning and receive dividends for their investment.

New shareholders investing in Aquatera receive preferred shares for the value invested, as well as common voting shares.  

Franchise or Operating Agreements

Aquatera's franchise agreements with shareholders municipalities define service standards and use public property for services. These agreements for services provided to the non-shareholder municipalities ensures that levels of services are defined.
