Making an Appointment
To enhance our customer service and continue providing trusted quality, valued service and peace of mind, our metering services team has moved from scheduled appointments to appointment windows. At Aquatera, we value your time; implementing this scheduling structure allows us to provide service that is convenient and flexible for your schedule.

To mitigate this risk, Aquatera will schedule you for a morning or afternoon appointment and provide you with 15 to 20 minutes' notice prior to our arrival. This will allow sufficient time for transport to the service location. If that no longer fits within your schedule, Aquatera can contact you for the next available appointment in that window.
