Who can participate in the contest?
To participate, you must:
- Be an active Aquatera customer.
- Fill out our Engage. Share. Win! Customer Satisfaction Survey.
- Submit your survey by the last day of the quarter (March, June, September, December).
How do I enter the contest?
Simply complete the Engage. Share. Win! Customer Satisfaction Survey and submit your responses. You’ll be automatically entered into the draw once your survey is complete.
How often can I enter?
You can enter once per quarter. Each quarter is a new chance to win!
What can I win?
Quarterly Prize: One customer will win their Aquatera bill FREE for one month (up to $150).
Annual Grand Prize: One lucky customer will receive FREE bills for an entire year (up to $1,800).
What does the prize cover?
The prize covers your Aquatera charges for the eligible billing period, up to the maximum amounts. It does not include outstanding balances or other utility provider fees.
When are winners selected?
Quarterly winners are drawn at the end of each quarter. The annual winner is drawn in July.
How will I know if I've won?
Winners will be contacted directly by phone or email. We’ll also share winner announcements on our social media.
Is my feedback anonymous?
Survey responses are confidential and used only to improve services. If you are the winner, your name may be shared on Aquatera’s social media.
