The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act seeks to balance the public's right to know and an individual's right to privacy, as those rights relate to information held by public bodies in Alberta.

To determine if Aquatera Utilities Inc. can provide you with the information you have requested, by way of a Routine Disclosure, please complete and submit the FOIP Request Form.

Please note that this is not a tool to make a formal FOIP request. To make a formal FOIP request, a $25 initial fee is required.

By making a formal FOIP request you may ask the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta to review the decision to disclose or refuse disclosure of requested records.
