Water Outage in Clairmont

GRANDE PRAIRIE – A substantial water break in Clairmont has resulted a pressure loss throughout the water distribution system.

Aquatera was notified of a major water break early Monday morning located in the Hamlet of Clairmont, on the corner of Highway 2 south and the TWP Road 724..

After working to get the water main leak successfully isolated, the result is that no customers have been affected by the shut down, and the pressure in the water distribution system is building back up.

Operators are currently working to get this system back to normal operating pressures.
