Tracy joined the Board of Directors in June 2023. A graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Tracy has been a small business owner for 30 years and has also served on multiple non-profit boards, including 5 years on the international board of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation.
A former MLA and Minister of Municipal Affairs, Tracy represented the constituency of Grande Prairie in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from April 2019 to May 2023.
Tracy has extensive experience in business, human resources, governance, and management. She is also a graduate of the Legislative Energy Horizon Institute through the University of Idaho in partnership with the Pacific Northwest Economic Region.
