David is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years experience in a senior financial role including being Chief Financial Officer for Enmax Utilities in Calgary and Chief Financial Officer of Irving Oil Limited.  Most recently, David has undertaken various Interim CFO positions helping a variety of Canadian and US companies going though transitions.  Prior to his various CFO roles, he was a Partner at Deloitte in Toronto.

David a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant and member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
