IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
You can pay your utility bill over the phone in an automated manner using Aquatera's IVR. Call 780.538.0340 and press 6 to make a payment on your utility account.
By Mail
To ensure your payment is processed correctly please include the top portion of your bill when mailing your payment or reference the correct account number.
If payment is made on or close to the due date, please contact one of our Account Services Representatives at 780.538.0340 or MYACCOUNT@AQUATERA.CA to avoid collection fees or disruption in water services. Our mailing address is:

Financial Institution
Did you know that you can pay your Aquatera bill at most financial institutions in Canada? If you pay your Aquatera Bill through telephone/internet banking we usually receive payment within 48 hours.
Please ensure you select the correct Bank Payee Name:
For utility accounts please select: Aquatera Utilities Inc. – Water or Aquatera Utilities Inc. – Utility Bill
For all other accounts please select: Aquatera Utilities Inc. – Invoice
Examples of other accounts: sump and septic, invoiced bulk water etc.
Payments can also be made directly at your financial institution but are not received automatically by Aquatera. This process can take up to 10 days for Aquatera to receive payment.
