Service Connection

Submit a Service Connection Application to connections@aquatera.ca. Aquatera will determine of any work on public property is required and, if yes, will provide a quote.

Temporary Discontinuation of Services (Property Line Disconnect)

Submit a Discontinuation of Service Application (PDF) to connections@aquatera.ca. Services will be utilized again with future lot development. Aquatera will witness the property line disconnection prior to signing the municipalities Demolition Permit.

Permanent Discontinuation of Services (Property Line Disconnect)

Submit a Discontinuation of Service Application (PDF) to connections@aquatera.ca. Services are permanently not used in the future. Aquatera will terminate the services at the mains and will provide a quote for the service kill on public property. Aquatera requires prepayment of the quote prior to signing the municipalities Demolition Permit.
